This is the cat bed that started Classic Pet Beds over 10 years ago. Made from solid ash or cherry wood, with brass accents, fleece pillow and fully assembled, ready for your cat to curl up in. The pillow is washable for years of use.

Our dog bed is made the same way as our cat bed and will easily hold a dog of 200 lbs. Our dog bed comes with all the hardware and assembles in 10 minutes or less.

Our "Designer" Cat Bed is made from solid ash and comes in 3 shades, Natural, Cherry and Medium Walnut.

Our beds are completely made in Maine at our facility and our cushions are made in our sewing department.

These beds are completely assembled and ready to use. .

The cushion rests on ash slats about 2" from the floor. The cushion stays warmer this way than in direct contact with a cold floor.

We use only solid hardwoods (no plywood or veneers) for years of use.

All of our woods come directly from the saw mills so it arrives in full thickness with a moisture content of 6-8%. This is what fine quality furniture is made from. The wood is then taken through various milling procedures until it is finished to 13/16". This allows us to use "mortise and tenon" construction for a stronger joint which will last for years under extreme use. Many other companies start at 3/4" thick and ends with a product that is 1/2"-5/8" thick.
