Return policy:
Defective products, or insured products damaged in shipping, will be replaced
immediately. Other returns are accepted only with prior authorization within 20
days from the date of purchase. Item must be unused and returned in it's
original packaging. Once an animal has used the product, we cannot accept
it as a return as the scent of the animal will permeate the product and render
it unsaleable.
